What is and isn't locked?
Your all-in price is locked: permits, impact fees, survey, engineering, site work for a standard lot, and your upgrades. If your lot needs more, like extra fill, heavy tree removal, or utility assessments, your Lot Report lists it with a price before you sign. Your final price is set in your purchase contract.
Do I need cash to build?
No. A construction-to-permanent loan can cover the build and the finished home. Our preferred lender can walk you through it.
What if my lot is in a flood zone?
