Excelo Development LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find a home with us. We work to make excelodevelopment.com (the "Site") accessible and easy to use, and we welcome your feedback.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, speech, or cognitive disabilities.

What we do

• Build pages with clear headings, landmarks, and a "skip to main content" link
• Make every link, button, and form usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline
• Label every form field and announce form errors and confirmations to screen readers
• Describe meaningful photos with text alternatives
• Use text and color combinations that meet WCAG contrast requirements
• Respect your device's reduced-motion setting
• Provide captions for our videos
• Support zooming up to 200% and use on phones, tablets, and computers

Third-party content

Some parts of the Site come from other companies, including embedded Google Maps, our 3D home designer, virtual tours, and the Cloudflare security check on our forms. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we don't control their content. If any of it gets in your way, contact us and we'll give you the same information or service another way.
